All summer long we asked you to send us your holiday snaps and here is the winning photo!

Anyone who braved the Irish Sea this year is a very deserving winner in our books and as the picture displays the waves are nearly the size of the children!

Cousins (L to R) Clara Reilly, Jack Keegan and Holly O'Raw made the most of a rare break in the clouds to paddle before the sky opened up again and they had to race back to their mobile home to escape a downpour of hail stones! Only in Ireland!

Runner Up

Our runner up is the 'Thunder Family' from Clondalkin. Like father like daughter, they make an amusing sight as they recline in a garden in Wexford.

Sean Thunder and daughter Lily May have bagged the family a €500 budget holiday voucher by simply taking a break!
